First, I will admit I screwed up. I should have bought a fero z24when they were still easily available. Since they are not I have put a B&T rail on my HK91 and am now wondering what scope to buy. I am on a definite budget so I was considering a few options. First is a leupold VX3 1.5-5X20. Second is a IOR Valdada M1 4x24 with a Nato reticle. Third is a Konus M30 1-4X24. Finally a Vortex Viper PST 1-4X24. Does anybody have experience with any of the above?
Also, are there any other options?
TR21 accupoint is an option…good one too.
The TR21 is a little out of my price range, or it would be great. I was also wondering about a POSP 2-6X24 with a weaver mount from Kalinka. Will it clear over my rear sight with the B&T rail?
I’ve heard great things about the VX3 1.5-5, that it was light, tough and clear and a good choice vs it’s MK4 couterpart. I,ve never used one myself though so…grain of salt me.

The Viper PST is still a month out - I’ll let you know when mine arrives.
The TR21 is lacking compared to the TR24, but still a good choice if the illumination and speed is key.
The VX3 strikes me as the best daytime option among those though.
