I picked up a LE6940 for myself recently for a great price. I’m considering a Socom for an additional purchase. I’m trying to decide which one to give my daughter, so that she can say “this one is mine”. I want her to be able to this. She shoots a couple of times a month if she comes home from school. You know, one of those daddy daughter deals. That’s the prize for me. Anyhow , I’m sure I’ll prob shoot it more than her.But I’ll spend more money on mine than hers, she doesn’t care about that. OK, which one is her’s?
Socom a heavier barrel than the M4 profile barrel if weight of the rifle makes a difference to a female.
Be the ultimate dad- let her shoot them both and choose the one she likes
This is definitely the correct answer… both are nice rifles and I would assume you would (and should) be happy with either. You don’t want to give her the rifle and have her like the other one more. Letting her participate in the choosing process will make it a little more personal for her. Your an awesome dad :dirol:
