Which 1911 grips are interchangeable?

Frame should be the same size.

Yes but if either has an ambi thumb safety you will need grips cut for the safety.

unless you have an ambi which uses the hammer pin to hold the right side on such as those offered by Wilson, NH, and Colt

…and I have a Colt with an ambi that requires it.

And if you go from std thickness to slim grips you’ll need to change the grip bushings/screws.
