Where to buy hard to find items??

Maybe some of these things don’t exist, but if they do, I’d like to buy them:

  1. Leather pancake style holster for an M&P45 w/ Safety.

  2. Leather pancake style holster for a Kimber Warrior w/o light attached.

  3. Safariland 6004/6005/6280 for M&P45 w/ Safety.

  4. DPMS .338 Federal rifle - in-stock.

  5. Preconfigured, SMALL, molle attachable, med/blowout pouch.

  6. Triple M4 MOLLE shingle that holds SIX M4 mags, individually with kydex retention similar to the Eagle gear, open top

  7. MOLLE capable kydex Surefire 6P/9P holster pouch

  8. 900+ mah output rechargeable RCR123a batteries

  9. 21SF grip plugger

  10. Custom kydex knife sheath maker who won’t take 10 years to finish one, and it’s not as big, or thick, as a small VW.

  11. Boots as comfortable and with an “athletic” build like the original US Oakleys, but with Goretex waterproofing

There’s other hard to find or not made stuff, but if anyone can help with me these, I’d be grateful!!!

all those items you listed can be found by entering the description in any good search engine.

try it, you will be surprised, as was i when i took one of your items and put it in gooogle

When asking for advice from experienced users, I tend to rely on the fact that the recommendations that follow will have been firsthand experiences with a quality product or vendor. Not a random hit to a search engine query…

Though I appreciate the well thought out reply.

For the record, I know many of these things can be found at full MSRP from the vendor, if that is the only place to find them, then I guess I might have to bite the bullet. I also know many of these things can be found with a google search leading to vendors of whom I’ve never heard…

I’d appreciate firsthand experiences, as fitting with our mission here at M4Carbine.

I’ve had very good experiences with Kramer leather, I’ve not used his steer hide, only his horse hide.

I don’t think you’re going to find them less than MSRP though.

Still, if you’re looking for a really nice leather pancake, I’d look and see what he can make for you.

The lightest, most tactile gore-tex boots I’ve found so far are Danner Striker GTX. They are almost as light as my old-style Adidas GSG-9’s and I can feel my footing every bit as much. They also tend to be more durable than the Oakley boot.

+1 for Kramer Leather … I Have a HK P2000 IWB in horsehide and it is fantastic!

for kydex sheaths: Buy Brown

EXCUSE ME SIR, but you asked,

Where to buy hard to find items??

you did NOT ask for recommendations from “experienced users” you also said,

Maybe some of these things don’t exist, but if they do, I’d like to buy them:
so i believed i was actually helping you, please, next time post exactly what you mean…, thank you

No problem, you’re excused.

You know, I looked at those at SHOT. They looked heavy, but I read now that they are specifically made to be lightweight. I might have to find them in a store to try on.

Regarding item #10, I recommend Raven Concealment Systems at www.ravenconcealment.com They do great work. If you e-mail them at their web site you will get Jay who is one of the main fabricators. Feel free to tell him that Stony sent you his way.

FWIW, I finally made the plunge and got a Randall. They now have it to make a sheath for it. That’s how much I think of their work.

xxxxx

I actual use the Ultrafire version available from Lighthound now. They power all my lights with P4, Q4 and Q5 LED conversion bulbs in them.

They work really well, was hoping to find something above the 880maH rated ones, as all tests I’ve seen show these aren’t anywhere near 880maH. They are more likely in the 670-700 range. Which is Ok, but there should/ could be better.

Though not that I’ve found.

Yeah, the looks are deceiving.

The Danner Desert Eagle is the same boot in a rough out tan leather.

Every belt holster I have and make use of is a Kramer Belt Scabbard in horsehide. It’s aweome stuff - thin, incredibly durable and well designed.

All my gunbelts are Kramer horsehide.
