Looks like 3 HSGI pistol TACOs mounted together somehow to me. Check out their stuff and see if they have a triple mounting system to go along with the pouches.

1:07 is the end of the video, but I’m assuming you mean the Raven Concealment Moduloader with HSGI Taco’s.
