where can I get HK416 sights

does any one know where I can find genuine HK416 sights(non-flip up)? I see the Centurion ones but would prefer HK ones.

Here you go:

Adam has excellent reviews on HK Pro.

perfect, thanks

Or try here, quite a bit cheaper… http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=604

HKparts.net is certainly cheaper, but Clyde Armory also has various HK416 parts for sale frequently. He has had bolts, firing pins, buffers, buffer springs, firing pin springs, front & rear sights, etc available last month. They seem to sell out quick and then take a few weeks to restock. Clyde Armory even has a complete upper for sale now, but is asking the price gouger price for it. There prices on parts is much more reasonable. The price is no were near as good as HKparts, but they do have a better selection.

Edited to add; If your not going to be mounting them on an HK416/417 you would probably be better off with the Centurion sights anyway. They are the standard height for flat-top M16/M4/AR15. With the true HK sights you will have optic mount & co-witness issues. Not the end of the world, but not perfect either.

If you want to CoWitness a Red Dot Sight with HK416 Diopter sights you can use the CompM4 or CompM4S by removing the OEM spacer and attaching the QRPII mount directly to the optic. If you prefer LaRue Tactical mounts they have an HK416 mount for the CompM4 and CompM4S, and an HK416 LT66X mount for the Micro T-1.

The HK-specific LaRue mount is higher by 5mm than the CompM4 QRP2 mount with the spacer removed (10mm total). This is just web-thickness measured without it mounted on the rails (still waiting for the rifle, with the rails of interest, to arrive…so this is bench-top assessment, only). How does this translate to the co-witness perspective with HK416 front/rear sights? An improvement?

Coincidentally, I’ve spent yesterday’s evening on this. Even Centurion sights are lower than standard; at least, comparing with Troy flip-ups, Centurions are lower. I have a set and it doesn’t co-witness well with AP M4s on standard-height Larue mount.

I really like these from Centurion Arms…
