What's your self defense ammo

I was just wondering what everyone was using for there self defense ammo. I have a 1/9 twist barrel and was getting ready to buy some just wanted to see what everyone else was using.

The rifle is chambered in 5.56 so would it be better to use 5.56 or .223

75 TAP FPD or 75 PRVI in the 5.56
90 TNTs in the 6.8

That’s just what I have loaded up in mags, not necessarily recommending what’s best.

However for a SD scenario, I feel nearly any 6.8 load will work.

Seems like with 556, careful selection is critical.

Hornady TAP T2 5.56 NATO, and if I need barrier penetration, some variety with a Barnes all copper bullet.

I need to experiment to determine which brand and bullet weight round using Barnes bullets has the closest POI to the TAP T2 from 0-300 meters.
