What optic had the first .223 BDC?

Looking for the first optic with a .223 BDC reticle, and details on the original reticle subtension if anyone can please provide it

I think the old Colt 3x and 4x only had a BDC elevation knob. First reticle for ARs I can think of is ACOG from the 1980s. Someone else will surely chime in if I am overlooking something. Don’t know if the subtensions were different from the TA01.
