Why would the Soviets employ an experienced and talented German when they had their own man who had absolutely no weapons design experience and no engineering education right there at the same weapons plant? Preposterous!
The Kalashnikov can survive the firey re-entry from orbit. In fact, one from every production batch is loaded, launched into orbit then de-orbited. Upon to return to earth they weapon must fire. After it cools of course. Even a Russian can’t shoot a red hot gun.
I planned to watch about 5 minutes of this video as I ate my cheesecake. It was so amusing I watched the whole thing. Five pieces of cheesecake. Ugh. I’m so full. Stuffed. I’m glad the video wasn’t an hour long. Burp.
