I played paintball for several years…not lethargic woodsball, but speedball. Things are much different when your “targets” shoot back.

You MUST be fully, smoothly, and unconsciously ambidextrous.

Both eyes open.

Break thru auditory exclusion to communicate with teammates.

Do not get trapped in tunnel vision.

You must be able to dive into cover.
