What I Learned From Paintball

I played paintball for several years…not lethargic woodsball, but speedball. Things are much different when your “targets” shoot back.

  1. You MUST be fully, smoothly, and unconsciously ambidextrous.

  2. Guns up…always.

  3. Both eyes open.

  4. Break thru auditory exclusion to communicate with teammates.

  5. Do not get trapped in tunnel vision.

  6. You must be able to dive into cover.

Please check out my video on the crucial importance of being truly ambidextrous. Interested in all feedback…especially from experienced combat vets.
