What does "SPR" mean???

What does “SPR” mean??? Sorry, I know someone is bursting to hit me with the link I couldn’t find on my own…but that’s cool:rolleyes:

But what defines a “Special Purpose Rifle”? It seems like a Silver colored free-float barrel - about 18" long. At least from what I’ve seen so far.
