What does K.I.S.S. mean???

Ok, let me start off by saying I tried doing a search, and kept getting a page saying something like “Internet Explorer cannot find the page you requested”. For some odd reason it goes goofy on this site. But anyways, my question is what does K.I.S.S. mean??? It is obviously a term that my buddies and I have never used. Thanks.
