In equip exch. what does bump mean?

It means someone is replying so the post is visible on the first page again.
Site Questions / Comments might be where this thread ends up, Staff is trying to clean thing up lately, so just check there if there are follow up questions. 
When a post is made in a thread, it gets “bumped” back to the top.
It means the poster wants to “bump” the post back to the top of the forum listing by replying. Before you ask, if you see “TTT” it means “to the top”, the same thing.
And just a friendly FYI this should have been posted in the “site questions and comments” forum instead of AR General Discussion. Just so you know next time
