What are these Molle accessories?

Trying to hunt down a couple things…thanks in advance for any help:

First, this simple molle bungee wrap thingy? Any idea what it’s called or where I could find one?

Second, anyone know if or where I could find a pack chest strap such as this one that clips onto molle pack straps?

As for the second, you can pick up an add-on sternum strap from just about any sporting goods store, maybe even Wally World or the like.

I -think- that is the buckle but it looks slightly different. Maybe a old/new model.
