I was curious if there were any polymer SINGLE stack 1911’s made? I’m pretty sure kimber and BUL have had theirs…but they’re both double stacked. How come no one makes polymer 1911’s? I would have assumed that the platform being so popular, people who love plastic frames would appreciate a plastic 1911. I’d definately pick one up if one was made in the $450 - $500 price range as long as it’s somewhat reliable.
