Weaver Tactical 3-15x50 vs Bushnell Elite Tactical 3-12x44

Here’s what I would do if I were you. If you decide on the Weaver, find it on Amazon and if you buy it make 100% sure you’re ordering directly through Amazon and not another merchant. You should see “Ships from and sold by Amazon.com. Gift-wrap available.”

You can return it for free if you don’t like it. I’m not 100% sure on the return window but I think it’s 30 days in new condition.

If you’re still not sure, send the Weaver back and order the Bushnell. If you don’t like it, return it also. Or you could start by ordering the Bushnell first.

Even if you return one and decide later you want it, just order it again. There’s nothing to lose really.

Bumping this just to update and conclude my thoughts on the subject.

I’ve wafted back and forth and back and forth for months now. Couldn’t make up my mind.

Realized the illumination would be nice, but more than that was largely a tacticool conceit that I’d have no regular or practical use for.

Ended up lucking into a hell of a deal on a Bushnell LRHS 3-12x44 with the G2H reticle this weekend and snapped it up quick.

Haven’t even mounted it yet, but looking forward to putting it to use. Should serve me well.

Thanks for the input, guys.

The LRHS is an awesome scope that you will probably never outgrow. Enjoy!

LHRS is a LOT better than the LRS

Been very pleased with it thus far. Between it’s greater clarity and a swap out in KeyMod bipod mounts, I’m already seeing appreciable (but still rank amateur) average accuracy gains in my five shot groups.
