Do weaver mounts work on flat top rails? I’m not too up on optics mounts. :o

if you are asking if a weaver scope ring will work on a flatop, yes…
but the real question is it it will put the scope where it needs to be…
the center of the scope needs to be 1.5" higher than the top of the rail and MOST people prefer it pushed forward as well to get proper eye relief that you can’t get with a standard ring even if high enough (most aren’t)
this is an American Defense mount on one of my 6.8s, but there are plenty of others that put the scope in the same position
