Water Based Cleaners?

What do you guys think of them? (Mil-Comm MC25 Cleaner, Slip 200 725)

Something about a water based cleaner on a firearm seems wrong to me. Thoughts?

Thanks, read those threads. Still curious though. Mpro7 is not water based to the best of my knowledge also.
