WARNE 215LM Quick Detach High Matte 30mm Scope Rings

I’ve had some bad luck with rings before so I want to get this one right, rifle is a flat top 223 DPMS 24" Varminter, scope is a Leupold Vari III 6.5-20X 50mm.

I was planning to use a Larue SPR QD mount on this but I am not taking the scope off the rifle, I could get better use of the LaRue mount elsewhere so I wonder if this Warne rings would be up to the challenge?
