I know I am in the wrong forum to do this but I am trying to get in touch with a Mediator so I can post in the For sale forums. I have 33 posts the required number to post but it will not let me do so.Can someone here please help. Trying to get in touch with someone to let me have premission to do so. Thanks

200 for general discussion, 30 for EE. They might have changed that though.

That explains it. I was wondering if you were trolling. But with 8 posts yesterday and 25 today… You must want to sell something awfully bad.

No I am not trolling, but wanting to sell somethings got, Laid -off from my job.Need cash. That is my I have been posting a lot the last day or so. I thought it was 30 posts and then you are able to sell on this forum. So what is it 200 or 30? I have read the new rules to post in the EE forum and it said 30 posts. Its 30, but most of your posts are about to be deleted since they were made in an attempt to run up your post count just to sell stuff.

Here’s the part where our more experienced members should be telling a newer member to make a habit of reading the stickied threads at the top of any given subforum.

The stickies are there because they answer common/frequently-asked questions, and define the rules/policies regarding the posting/use of the subforum where they are stuck.

In this case, the answers are found by going to any EE subforum and reading the clearly-marked stickied thread regarding the use of the EE.

Specifically, the answer is that 30 productive posts are required. We don’t want folks jumping aboard and postwhoring just for the purposes of selling something. Good-faith participation is required. We track that, and delete posts as needed.

For future reference, if you have questions/comments about the site, we have an entire subforum that’s misleadingly entitled “Site Questions/Comments.”
