They do on most, but not all of their ‘stuff’–email them.
That what my past couple of days have been is emailing companies and getting mil discounts lol… Does BCM do discounts? they have not contacted me back yet
I don’t think BCM does as I emailed w/copy of my MIL ID and they never responded.
But I can tell you Centurion Arms, DD, Larue, Noveske, Del-ton, Armalite and probable all of the other big names too offer discounts.
As for on-line vendors most do to, like; G&R, Rainier Arms. You just have to call and then email a copy of your CAC.
G&R has stripped DD lowers for $126. Blemished BCM complete lowers for $259 shipped just add a stock!
Do i need to scan both sides of my CAC and email it to them? Ill have to get in touch with G & R about that discount as im planning on buying a couple things from them. How much of a discount does noveske offer?
Negative on the flip side–that would be an OPSEC issue. Pretty sure they don’t need your SS.
Ok thats what i was thinking…if i did it i would have taken a piece of paper over my SS lol
so here is what i have figured out so far s to what iam going to buy for this build:
spikes stripped lower
spikes lpk
magpul acs stock
ergo grip
if i convince myself to spend the money on it i am going to get a noveske upper, not sure what kind but a noveske. If not a noveske then i will most likely go with a bcm upper.
Also what should i get as for a buffer tube? Are there any to actually stay away from?
It is better to decide on your buffer and buffer spring after you knkw what bbl length and gas system you will be using.
It is going to be a 16 inch barrel with a midlength gas system
Make it a stainless middy if your going for a more precision based weapon. Probably don’t need to spend the extra $ if it’s going to be a trainer. Personally I have stainless barrels on all my AR(s) but then I’m something of a precision geek.
Not a trainer. its just a really expensive toy that i wanna build.
I too love my accuracy
Thats what i was planning on going with was stainless
i just built a daniel defense rifle from all daniel defense parts. the stripped lower from g and r and the upper from midwest. the lower was 140 i think and the upper was 80.
Ive got a DD upper on my ar that i have and i was wanting to get a different brand. I really wanna try a noveske out :p. I found a spikes lower for 80 also which i think is great
do yourself a favor and take it for what its worth. im not bashing spikes, i use to own a spikes rifle but from researching old postings and seeing how spike tactical price gouged people at the turn of the election really left a bad taste in my mouth. me and grant got into about spikes cause i felt he was bashing them but when you look into the facts and then realize the err of your ways. spikes products are just know coming into the realm of being somewhat millspec. where bcm dd noveske have been there and didnt double there prices during the gun run. anyways the spikes lowers are decent but my money goes elsewhere. try bcm they have a big following and for a reason.
and as far as a lower goes as long as its drilled right and in specs and mags drop free u should be gtg no matter what lower you use.
rainier has noveske blemished lowers for cheap
Blemished noveskes?! Cheap?! i gotta look into that. I would be a happy soldier with a matched upper and lower  I take it the blems are direct from their site?
top of page 3 150 for a factory second lower
http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/manufacturer&manufacturer=40&pagenumber=3
Awesome! Does Rainier offer military discount?
not sure but most firearms manufactures ,dealers etc do so its worth an email. hell you might get a new non blemished for the price of a blemished lower. ive heared and been told the blemishes cant be seen or are very hard to find
Nevermind… they do. Even better ![]()
