This. Reading the article, this strikes me as less of a “Walmart supports ISIS but not Southern Pride” issue and more of a “Walmart employee doesn’t know current events” one, with a little attention whoring thrown in.

Ignorance is no excuse for discrimination. Bet if they get sued they will get a memo about how to identify the ISIS flag. If we are going to say no to a rebel flag cake and a little kid who was named “Adolf Hitler” then they need a chart of every cake they aren’t allowed to make.

Indeed I have noticed it but I cannot tell you why they are different. I guess it is just one of those things that got changed during design phases. No real info as to why.
You can walk around with a hat that has the “Bonnie Blue” flag on it and in most cases the only thing said will be “How 'bout dem Cowboys!”
