I came across a well-stocked dealer with the VTAC-5.11 line of bags, cases, and pouches. Labels inside indicate Vietnamese manufacture. Striking resemblence to Blackhawk gear. Rebrands? Other input? Pricing and marketing will surely put bunches of it in LE hands.

I have one of their 72 hour packs and it isnt that bad. I think someone disected some of the pouches over on LF and said they were of pretty shoddy construction.
