How the heck can I fit the Vortex VMX3 with its swivel mount, and my rear Troy BUIS, and Aimpoint Pro with its standard mount?
It seems impossible! Unless I push the Aimpoint way up on the rail foregrip.
Do I need a cantilever for the Aimpoint? It still doesn’t look like there is any room on the rail before the D-ring position.

I admit I’m not an expert on the Troy product line, or on the Vortex line. So I don’t know how many rail slots the VMX3 mount requires, or what the clearance is like.
But my general thinking is that you will improve the situation substantially by reversing that rear sight. Again, no specific knowledge of the Troy sights. But at a glance…
Cantilever Aimpoint mount (I like those by ADM) and rotate that rear sight 180° into its proper orientation.

My TroyBUIS was indeed backwards.
Now I have more rail to work with. I’mleaning toward the LaRue cantilever.
