I am thinking about picking up a Vortex Sparc, and I was wondering if anyone know if it will work with the Daniel Defense Micro Mount? I know the DD mount works with the Primary Arms, but I havent decided yet on which optic I will go with, knowing if the Sparc will fit the DD mount will help me decide.
I am a fan of Vortex in general, and am using a Strikefire on a setup currently. If you have never looked physically through the “SPARC,” please do before you buy it. The dot quality is horrendously bad (I handled many before I bought the Strikefire, and couldn’t find even 1 Sparc with acceptable dot quality). I even had one of their dealers tell me that, “it is called the Sparc BECAUSE the dot looks like a little spark.” I suspect he was full of S*** and telling the truth both at the same time somehow…
I have not looked through one yet, next time iam at Rainier Arms I will take a look at both
