Tangodowns FDE is pretty darn close. Magpul FDE varies quite a bit.
Yes, TD stuff matches almost perfectly as I just configured my 6920 with the fde Vltor and the rest is fde TD stuff and it looks great. The only thing that does not match is the Aimpoint rubber boot cover in tan, looks like puke if you ask me!
I’ll bet MM could slap down some pictures if we asked real nice… 
Thanks guys I had some Magpul covers that a customer never picked up but your right they dont match well. I never much cared what a rifle looked like but I figured somece im doing one in color I might as well make it look nice before I beat it up. I will order the TD’s on my next order and a TD VFG.
How does the new Eotech 553 match up in DE? I need an otic for ths rifle and might as well go all the way lol.
553 in FDE is a little lighter, but a close match.

I havent used the TD rail covers before are they cuttable? LOL im not sure if cuttable is a word.

Yes you can trim them down and they do make some that are shorter than the standard carbine length ones.
For trimming the covers down I put them in a padded vise and cut them down with a hacksaw. I then use a knife to clean the edges up and 400 grip sand paper to reshape the ends/corners. And to make the edges not look so white I use a heatgun.
GOTM4 thanks for the tip but that seems like alot of work. I think I will just buy some short ones to go with the long ones and call it a day lol. Too much effort for me, im retired

Any one got a pic of a MIAD with a Vltor FDE stock?
Also is Vltors and Magpuls Folliage Green off as well? I normally dont care about such stuff but being layed up and bored will make you do strage things. 
Here’s a pic of the same rifle when I used a MIAD and CTR stock on it. Magpuls FDE varies.
On my LMT (SBR) the Magpul CTR stock in foliage green matches pretty well compared to the Tangodown foliage green grip on it. My forward grip is a KAC in OD but it’s very close to foliage green.

The plastic is pretty close, the rubber Ergo grip is slightly off.
Since we are talking fde colors, (I will post a pic later), but the tan Aimpoint cover for the M3’s, does not match to well to my all fde Colt. Pics to come later…
