VLTOR VIS 1

AR/M4 AR General Discussion

I have seen several VIS 3 configurations (stripped and built) pop up here and there on PK Firearms and NOVESKE builds.

I was wondering if anyone has seen the VIS 1’s (carbine) around your local shops or gun shows…

Also, prior to the 2008 scare, how available was the VIS system? Again I am fairly new to the AR world, so be gentle.

Thanks

I’ve seen the ones you mentioned but not the VIS carbine and mid-length since the election. However yesterday I saw this AWESOME new option from Noveske that used to be a custom build which uses the VIS mid-length. I own one that was built back in October and its probably my favorite upper/ configuration.

ETA- Don’t expect the VIS system to be readily available any time soon, at least not until their done with their new Fortis Pistol Project.
