I just started my second build with a mock up:D and the rear take down pin will not go all the throw, it stops at the left side of the lowers hole. Has anyone had this problem with the Vltor Sundevil combination?
I would expect that combo to be tight…
You may need extra persuasion for the first few times. But if you work that pin in and out a few dozen times it’ll be fine.
Are you talking a MUR and SunDevil lower? I have this combo and they fit perfectly. Stupid question … the sun devil lower has the tensioner screw - is it set too tight? Try backing it off a bit.
The first thing I did was back out the tensioner screw and the pin still would not go past the left side of lowers take down pin hole. I sent the upper and lower to SD and there going to look at it. Thanks
