Vise-Grip moving to China

A sign of the times, I guess :frowning:

That is just sad.

Saddest thing I’ve heard today. Vise-grips are a cornerstone of a farmer’s toolset and it will be a shame to see them made outside of america. Well I guess I know what my dad can get with the remaining $300 on his lowes card(that is if they actually carry the american vise-grips).

irwin/vise grips wont get any more of my cash. its getting harder and harder to keep up with whats made in America. need a store named “made in America” that carries everything made in America and nothing made elsewhere. i would shop there only.

Know what’s even worse?

Swiss Army knives will now be made in China.

Of course, I’ll only buy things made on my street. It better have made on “11-th St. SW” or they won’t see my money. I’ve already seen too many of our jobs going to those schmucks on Tuscawarus Ave.

Can you say “Rice-Grip”?

Boys and girls, please capitalize “America”. It is a proper noun and deserves more respect.

By the way, it is a shame that Vice-Grip is moving to China. Try and find a pair of shoes that isn’t made in China. Try to buy American whenever possible.

lol, now that is funny!

That would be a very interesting idea and one store I would frequent as well.

You mean Lice-Grip?
