I googled it but no luck. I have a VIS upper and want to change the barrel. Can someone post the info how to do it. I ordered the barrel wrench today and VLTOR said it is just like changing a reg. barrel, but I was wondering if there are any tricks, so to speak, to it.

No tricks. Just secure the upper in a vice block, remove the bottom rail section and insert the barrel wrench. PM me if you have any problems, but I am confident that you will figure it out.
If I am not mistaken VLTOR has two variants of the VIS barrel nut wrench. One which is made of some very soft metal which they state is for “one time use” and one which can be used repeatedly. The teeth on the soft wrench can get pretty chewed up even after one or two uses. Just FYI.
You guys are both right. Very simple to do. It is actually a very slick set-up the way the barrel nut is on. But, I ordered the wrench from VLTOR earlier this week and what they sent me sucks! The steel is so soft it is useless. I am gonna call next week and see if I can get another one. It is stripped already (the wrench). The barrel nut is very hard steel.
