1st position: 4 targets from 100-300yds
2nd position: 3 targets from 150-350yds
3rd position: 8 pistol targets
4th position: 2 targets from 250-350yds
5th position: 4 targets from 200-325yds

I shot this match on Saturday. Talk about a real eye opening match. All my time spent training inside of 25 yards didn’t translate over as well as I might have hoped. The local stuff that tops out around 200 let’s you get away with a lot more regarding both technique and equipment.
Stretching it out close to 500(we decided it was about 480) with a TR24 with the triangle reticle and a 100 yard zero? Possible, I made the hit…but basically had to walk it up onto the steel. Definitely saw the benefit of stadia/mils/something to hold over with.
All in all I thought it was a great match and one that was definitely worth the drive, if for no other reason than all the steel and distance. They also have the best scoring system I’ve ever seen. I’d like to see it adopted by every club I shoot with.
