Lightly used. There’s a bit of blue loc tite on the threads, but can be wiped off easily. I also grease my threads with moly grease and oil my buffer spring, so it may be a little greasy and oily. Item ships by USPS first class from Arizona, 86045. Paypal or money order accepted.
