Using an ACE stock in PWS MK114

I’m not too knowledgeable when it comes to stocks. I am currently planning to purchase a PWS complete upper for my PWS lower. Can I use an ACE skeleton stock and buffer tube on this build, or does the piston system necessitate the use of a different buffer tube with anti-tilt features? I searched for quite a while, but what turned up was mostly general information on carrier tilt issues, piston vs DI, and buffer weights. I’d like to know if this specific combination of parts would work. Thanks!

It will work as well as any other stock. I am not sure why you would want to run that stock, as most would agree, there are better options out there, but if that is what you want to run, it should work for you.

Ah. The reason I’d like to run that particular stock is 1) I’m in California, and am building a featureless rifle, 2) that means I need a fixed stock, and I don’t want to drill and pin a perfectly good MOE stock, and 3) I’m short so I need a shorter fixed stock.

I’d call PWS and see what they offer for Cali customers. You’ll love the mk114, just got mine out for the first time yesterday afternoon and couldn’t be happier.
