Maybe a Key-Mod type rail?
The enablers specified most likely means IR/VIS lights and lasers and the like. A move away from full 1913 would be great for whichever system they ended up going with, but I doubt it will happen.

Exactly.
First M4A1s for everybody and now the SOPMOD II package. Only took about a decade + or -. Hopefully it’ll be the Geisele trigger like SOCOM too.
And BTW the USMC is all talk right now, no RFPs have been put out there yet.
Still waiting on my SSF. Only one has materialized as of yet on our team.

There are so many good options, but I can’t help but wonder why they don’t have an open house event and allow various companies to bring in some wares combined with a 2 day range session?
