Upper overhangs lower?

Noticed this while cleaning my rifle…Anything to worry about? The rifle has a BCM upper and PSA lower.

Anything to worry about? No

Normal when you mix parts and stack tolerances.

My BCM upper and lower combo show the same overhang.

The forging tolerances are plus or minus .01", so yeah, they are not going to match perfectly, all the time…
