Updating schedule A???

My form 4 for a supressor went pending on 11/19/09 and went into “problem status” this week. Call to NFA answers the question, the examiner needs a copy of Schedule A from my Revocable Living Trust. Not a problem, I get the paperwork out and have the address as well as a control # and a fax #.

Question: my Schedule A from Willmaker 2007 has a header that reads “Schedule A” and a list of the Gemtech Oasis suppressor ser # XXXX, and LMT 5.56 rifle ser # XXX that my Trust owns. And that is it. It is just a list without any other information.

Is this enough for the NFA? They did not require a Schedule A with the Form 1 and form 4 that they previously approved but that’s been a couple years. I am considering adding the name of my Trust in the header, but I want to get it right to avoid further problems.

Any similar experiences?

Mine says Schedule A at the top and has my suppressor with SN and my SBS with SN. That is it. No issues. I sent the Schedule A with both transfers with the item listed each time.
