FWIW I posted a thread a while back about problems I was having with a BCM SBR. BCM originally said they thought it was the ammo but agreed to inspect and found I had a bad extractor. I have only run around 150 rounds through it since then but I have not had any failures. Sounds like they may have had a QC problem in this area in one or more of their recent batches.
