WTS - one very nice custom built upper gunsmith bult by TAC in Knoxville. Never got to go out and fire it.
Spec are as follows:
*BCM Complete BFH Engraved upper receiver - new upper take-off.
*FN Manufactured PSA 14.5" Cold Hammer Forged Barrel. Midweight profile. Midlength Gas, Brand new. They advertise a 20k round life, with Double-thickness Chrome Lining. These barrels cost $270 or so from either Spike’s tactical or PSA.
*BCM Mod 1 Compensator, Gunsmith Pin & Welded, and finished in a low-profile bronze/green Cerakote.
*Troy Low Profile Gas Block .750 Dia.
*Spike’s Melonite Midlength Gas Tube
*Daniel Defense MFR 12" Modular Free Float Rail with 3 Modular rail panels (not pictured but included)
*Magpul Foliage MVG, modified slightly for direct-connect, bolts through the rail attachment holes. very solid and comfortable. Also have one in black, not pictured, if your furniture color scheme is black.
Cost about $725 to build with new parts before labor, I will let it go for [span style=‘font-weight: bold;’]$499 shipped.[/span] I have two other uppers like this in the 14.5" Midlength configuration, same parts, and they are very soft shooting. I just cannot justify keeping a spare 3rd around with bills to pay, so away it goes!
