I don’t want to see regular U.S. ground troops deployed to Africa for this mission. Let the SF personnel and local troops deal with the situation. We must provide on call ground fire support for our SF personnel, but that is as far as we should get involved.

There have been deployments over the last couple of years; Uganda, Mali, Libya, Congo. I had a buddy recently return from Africa.
