UBR question.

Stupid question, does the UBR use a rifle length buffer spring. I’m getting quite a bit noise using the carbine length spring and H buffer. This noise is persistent when moving the rifle back and forth.

Not talking about the noise when firing.

ETA: Okay, really dumb me should have checked the buffer, it is rattling. That means I need a replacement, right.

No. It’s similar to (maybe the same as) one of the entry stock buffer tubes underneath there. I’m running a carbine spring and buffer in mine.

The “rattling” inside are the counterweights in the buffer. It’s completely normal.
