Have to wonder with the Affordable Care Act being implemented, how many people who are currently able to either afford individual health insurance plans that are going to no longer be available, or simply don’t want/need health insurance, are going to break mentally from the stress and straein of being placed in a financially and medically untenable position by that legislation that will fine them and even put a lien on their home if they own one and cannot pay their fines. And maybe that’s all by design. Create some more emergencies to use to take away more rights. Hmmm.
No, the design there is to make so many people mad that they simply begin to demand a single payer system to cover the item that they’re now legally required to buy. Obamacare was/is a framework for something much larger. They lied their asses off saying that they had no idea what was in it. They knew exactly what they were passing…
There’s plenty of YouTube videos of them saying that Obamacare is just the stepping stone to single payer. Only a pure idiot at this point should believe otherwise when the people who passed it have since admitted to it.

Most people support the affordable health care act when they break it down to its basics. No more insurance cap, no more exluding pre existing conditions etc.
You wife has to come off your plan, $180 a month for a healthy student, you can’t even get onto the exchanges, you either don’t get hired or your hours are cut to less than 30 and you have to buy insurance or pay a fine - yea this is full of win.
Frankly we don’t know how it will all shake out in the end. We passed it and we still don’t know what’s really in it. The Honeymoon is ending , and people already don’t like it.

I think the Capitol Police have this whole “high speed pursuit” thing figured out. Next time the cops are chasing somebody, anybody, anywhere, they should just get a car or helicopter in front of the speeding vehicle and shoot the driver.
Hell, strap an auto-tracking M134a to the roof of every cruiser and just hose down anybody trying to run away from the police. That’ll fix that problem.

I really wouldn’t have a problem with it if you were paying 70% of it for me. 
And don’t forget the huge deductible. Sure, the premium might be low, but what they don’t tell you is that even for the lowest plan, you’ll have to shell out at least $5K-$6K before you even get seen.

I saw reports of an officer being injured and taken to the hospital, so is this from another LEO shooting him? Did the lady/car run him over or get into an accident with the officer/car?

When this first started the drive time DJ here said he saw the police cruiser and it was torn to pieces so he had no problem with them shooting her… but… later I watched the video and as they showed it… the news guy says the LEO ran his car into a barrier by accident… so basically he injured himself.
I think the latter is the truth although I can see how someone could have gotten injured by her car when she pulled out… before they were all able to get behind those barrier posts.
