I just bought a few items from them, and I’m very pleased. everything was well made and their molle strap design is great. I’ll be buying from them again.
I have a Tyr plate carrier, and am very happy with its quality and value.
It does what I need it to do, comfortably, and with an included stiff 3-mag bungee retained kangaroo pouch.
Stitching is tight, neat, and dense.
The back-padding is comfortable (for a PC) and not overly heat-retaining.
The shoulder straps are easily adjustable over a wide range and the shoulder strap pads work without being overly large or blocking stock placement in the shoulder.
Plates fit tight in the pocket (this is a good thing).
Front velcro is fully compatible with a “Hey Fu@k Face” morale patch.
I will actually probably be ordering a second PC from them.
I have one of there IFAK pouches and it is as solid as any eagle or TT gear i have.
I like the Jesse Ventura mini-gun backpack from Predator they sell haha… classic

Thanks for all the replies guy’s, I’m looking into getting the pico version 3. But I don’t know if they sell to civilians, I tried to contact the company but have yet to revive a reply. Dose anyone know if they sell armor products to civilians? Thanks
I’m not sure if they do, if not SKD does, as does Crye Precision, and their prices for Level IV plates really aren’t too bad…
What’s in a name?
They are fairly new with just 1 year in business, but they make the highest quality and have great designs. The owner has some tie in with Diamondback Tactical. You should just be able to put in an order online or give them a call.
Jason Beck, who started Diamondback Tactical and later sold it, started Tyr Tactical the day his non-compete clause ended.
I have the PICO1 Plate Carrier along with some med pouches. The quality is as good as or better than comparative offerings from other well known companies. I have been very happy with it having run it for several months now. It is a lightweight minimalist rig that does what its designed for, carry plates and provide a platform to attach other pouches.
I believe they sell armor to civilians. To add to that their prices for carriers plus armor is much less than comparable offerings from other companies. My next purchase from them will probably be the armored VTAC Brokos Belt.
I was easily able to get in touch with them via phone and they were very good about answering questions about the differences between the various models of plate carriers and med kits.
