I cannot figure out why my SBR is having consistent failures to eject. It appears the extractor is not grabbing the case rim correctly. This is a replacement BCG from BCM and I’m having the same results. Pictures say a thousand words…
If one round is loaded, this occours… case is not even ejected?
It is an 11.5 BFH upper with a Vltor A5 standard weight. I put on a milspec tube and tried both a carbine and H2 buffer with the same results. Ammo used is XM193, IMI 193, and Wolf Gold 223. Lube used is Fireclean.
Do cases eject when cycled by hand? Try some std wolf or tula, that will let you know if it’s still cycling too fast. You could also try installing the oring in the extractor. I wouldn’t use it as a fix, but a diagnosis. What brand barrel?
