Barnes says the TSX should expand reliably down to 1800 fps, but I can’t find any penetration data for the bullets at lower velocities like that. Just to satisfy my curiosity is there any penetration data out there for TSX bullets when they’re down in the 1800-2000fps range? I’m specifically interested in the 62gr TSX if the info is available.
Because of the reduced expansion, they tend to penetrate deeper in soft tissue.
