Just wondering when the new TRX handguards will be out.

Currently the TRX extreme in both the 11" and 13" are shipping. Soon to come will be the 9" TRX extreme followed by the TRX standard rails.

I am building me an AR right now and i am wondering if you know if the rails come with there own barrel nut?

Yes, the TRX rails come with their own proprietary barrel nut. Be very careful not to over torque it!!!

Have you ever installed your own Ar barrel? If you have how hard is it to do with out a barrel nut wrench?

Several. And I wouldnt recommend trying to install a barrel/rail system without a proper barrel wrench & the proper tools.
