I just got my stripped lower a few days ago with the intent to use it to build a SBR. Im going to go the trust route. Is there any special requirements for a trust in PA? I just want to make sure because I know some states have special rules and such for living trust and I’m going to be using Willmaker to draw up the trust.
Willmaker asks you what state you live in when you start the program and follows the requirements of that state for your document. You should be fine.
