He ran on the promise he’d release UFO info, etc, and didn’t. I don’t think even POTUS has the ability (note I didn’t say authority…) to actually do it, and he, like others, found that out once in office. POTUS is a short term employee and those in the DOD and other three letter orgs pay little attention to what some temp wants, even of that temp supposedly runs the nation. They don’t in any real sense.
