Troy rail forearm question..........

I installed a Troy MRF-MX 10 inch rail forearm on my RRA flat top, nice forearm, I really like the size/shape of it, not bulky like some I have handled. But for the life of me I can not find any info on the threaded holes in the rails. Purpose for them??? I thought maybe for attaching a QD sling swivel but can not find any that show a threaded insert for a forearm. What for they for?

Thanks

like these? pretty sure they are QD sling swivel sockets, not sure about the threads.

NO, mine are threaded, five hole per rail…Troy’s website states all MRF rail are machined for QD swivels, except the MX 10 incher, they make no mention of the threaded holes on the website nor catalog.

1/4-20 threads----i emailed them a while ago and that’s what they told me.

did they say what they are for?

after reading the thread, im curious too. my rail system has them too.

When I was a baby my hair was soft and curly…Not like REALLY CURlY like wavy. But now its like 4a super curly and soft, so i really need the cheap lace wigs or lace front wig, possibly full lace wig: http://www.royalmewigs.com
