Troy MCS Install Question

I finally got my Troy industires MCS today, but it did not come with instructions. I plan on calling them in the morning, but was wondering if anyone here could give me a walk through of how to mount my SA SOCOM 16 in the chassis. Any input would be appreciated.

I am thinking of installing a Vortex flash hider on my SA SOCOM 16. What parts do I have to change out to accomplish this? Also, will it affect the way the weapon runs given it’s shortened gas system design and current compensator?
