Comes with two rail sections but no screws for rails. uses standard barrel nut. I had to trim away some material on the bottom edge where the rail meets the upper to fit to a particular receiver. also had to modify the inside to get a t nut to fit under a gas block. pictured below. neither affects function and are barely noticeable.
